Location: Remote (Germany only)
Work Schedule: Full time

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-powered applications and automation systems, with AI as a core part of the architecture.
  • Develop and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using modern frameworks and LLMs (e.g., Claude).
  • Integrate AI capabilities deeply into software systems (e.g., decision-making, automation, copilots, internal tools).
  • Build backend services, APIs, and microservices that leverage AI models.
  • Use AI tools extensively to accelerate software development (code generation, debugging, testing, documentation).
  • Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using tools like n8n and custom code.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize and maintain AI-powered systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
  • Support lightweight data-related workflows when needed (e.g., API-based data processing, simple pipelines).
  • Document architectures, AI workflows, and system designs clearly.
  • Test, evaluate, and improve AI outputs and agent behaviors.

Your profile

Must-haves

  • Strong interest and hands-on experience in building AI agents or AI-powered applications.
  • Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., Claude) and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of agentic AI concepts (tool use, memory, orchestration, multi-step reasoning).
  • Experience in software development (Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js).
  • Experience building APIs and backend systems.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively in the development workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code).
  • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Basic understanding of data systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to experiment and iterate quickly.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

 

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Exposure to analytics tools.
  • Experience building internal tools or automation platforms.
