Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain business automation workflows using n8n and comparable low-/no-code automation platforms.
- Analyze existing business processes and proactively identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs and API-based AI services to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate and orchestrate SaaS tools, APIs, and internal systems into reliable end-to-end automations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations with a focus on stability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical workflows.
- Maintain clear, production-ready documentation for automations and AI use cases.
- Provide internal support for automation improvements and enhancements.
- Test and validate automations and AI integrations prior to deployment.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in automation, process optimization, or technical operations roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms exclusively n8n.
- Practical experience working with AI tools and LLM-based services, including prompt design and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and integration patterns.
- Ability to write small scripts in JavaScript or Python to extend automations (not full application development).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and convert them into robust automated workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of automation initiatives.
- Experience with data handling or databases is a plus.
