Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation workflows using n8n and similar tools.
- Assist in creating AI-driven solutions to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical workflows.
- Build, maintain, and optimize integrations between internal and external systems (APIs, SaaS tools, databases).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing workflows to ensure stability and performance.
- Develop clear documentation for workflows, processes, and integrations.
- Provide internal support for automation-related issues and enhancements.
- Conduct testing and validation of new automation or AI features before deployment.
Your profile
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
- Good understanding of AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and API-based AI integrations.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
- Ability to understand complex processes and convert them into efficient automated workflows.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of databases and data handling is a plus.
- German language proficiency is advantageous.
