CRM Manager (f/m/x)

Remote: The Netherlands / Germany

We have an exciting opportunity for an expert, passionate, results-driven CRM Manager to:
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of the local CRM program for our growing Netherlands market
  • Help build a world-class CRM engine to profitably retain and grow our customer base in our other core global markets: UK, Germany, Australia
  • Deliver on a full CRM roadmap including data/systems management; segmentation; automated journeys for email and expanding direct mail, and messaging channels; campaign execution; multi-variate A/B testing; and analysis & reporting
  • Work on new projects to improve our customer experience across touchpoints and grow Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Netherlands CRM Roadmap
  • Develop and deliver the CRM Roadmap for the Netherlands
  • Deliver on leads and revenue targets from our existing customer and marketing subscriber base
  • Focus on critical daily/weekly email marketing optimization and expand our direct mail and 1-1 messaging capability
  • Optimize CRM performance by coordinating the product and offer selection with the Country Head
  • Drive flawless execution of all CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey stages:  Sign-Up, Welcome, Sales Offers, Retargeting, Reactivation, Loyalty, and CX Feedback
  • Analyze and optimize all CRM touchpoints
  • Continuously look for ways to improve reach, deliverability, engagement, customer retention, and CLV
Global CRM Roadmap
  • Work with Head of Department and international colleagues to plan and deliver on the multichannel global CRM roadmap
  • Work with global CRM vendors to increase performance and cost-efficiencies
  • Recommend and implement CRM innovations for data capture, predictive targeting + content, new channels and formats
  • Manage the collection of our Voice-of-Customer Feedback from the website platform and via survey tools
  • Analyze and report on customer feedback about CX pain points and successes

Our Requirements

  • Several years CRM experience in customer relationship marketing and customer retention in an e-commerce environment
  • Expert knowledge of best-practices email marketing
  • Strong background in other CRM channels such as direct mail and 1-1 messaging platforms
  • You have worked with Email Service Providers (ESPs) – experience with emarsys is definitely a plus
  • Next to your entrepreneurial mindset, you have strong communication and analytical skills combined with a highly energetic and self-motivating attitude
  • You are Dutch native and fluent in English
