CRM Operations Manager (f/m)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • You project manage end-to-end the global CRM and newsletter strategy in direct collaboration with our country heads
  • You lead our international CRM-Team for 8 active markets, covering 7 languages
  • You are responsible for our revenue targets created through all channels from our existing customer and subscriber base
  • You take full performance responsibility for the CRM channel and collaborate with our IT, Product and Marketing departments to improve our CRM tool

Desired skills & experiences

  • You studied economics or business-engineering, Master/ MBA preferred
  • Very strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in business consulting, online marketing or comparable experience preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
