About the Role:

  • Manage a highly dedicated team of team leads, cruise consultants and sales service agents for our US market
  • Build and manage an award winning sales team
  • Develop and implement new agent and ongoing agent training to ensure that the entire sales team has the ability to offer each guest with 5-Star service, in-depth product knowledge and advanced consultative selling skills
  • Steer day-to-day sales performance through monitoring of team performance
  • Responsibile for steady improvements within our sales team including KPI’s, goals and sales process
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operation, manage overall sales strategy and direct business performance activities
  • Audit current business practice for cruise travel sales operations, identify improvements and project manage implementation of agreed enhancements
  • Key contact for entire sales and service team
  • Support the Managing Director in a range of sales management tasks and substitute for MD in case of absence
  • Alignment with the global operations team in the Dreamlines headquarter in Hamburg

Our Requirements

  • Previous work experience in sales leadership, sales training, business analysis & sales operations
  • Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
  • Experience in managing a call center operation
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • High level of drive, enthusiasm and self-motivation
  • Advanced Excel MS Office skills and systems fluency
  • Cruise, Travel or Hospitality management industry experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Spanish is a plus
