Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue and profitability by successfully building/maintaining client relationships, closing sales via the telephone and achieve measurable results
  • Generate repeat business and most importantly, grow referrals
  • Use a consultative approach to match the right cruise with the right customer
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver an extraordinary “Dreamlines” experience

Our requirements

  • Sales experience, preferably in an agency or call center environment, selling all of the major cruise lines (mass market, premium, luxury and river)
  • Ability to pre-qualify and match customers with the right cruise vacation
  • Prior cruise, travel or vacation industry experience
  • Consultative sellers with strong closing and upselling skills
  • Ability to pre-qualify and matching consumers the right cruise vacation
  • Positive attitude and work ethic, fun personality with excellent communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to grow industry knowledge through online and hands on training
