Group Accountant (f/m/x)

Hybrid: Hamburg, Germany

Creating and reporting consolidated accounts on monthly and yearly basis (IFRS)
First point of contact for local finance managers (Germany, Australia, UK) regarding accounting topics and harmonization of accounting policies
Monitoring of all tax matters as well as analysis and implementation of tax optimization models
Contact person for auditors, tax authorities, insurers, bank and advisors, mainly in Germany
Leading and supporting financial projects, funding rounds and mergers/acquisitions
Taking care of corporate governance and financial compliancy
Reporting into the CFO and being a member of our Finance management team

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on one of the following areas: Finance, auditing, accounting or controlling
Many years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international start-up, experience in online business and/or travel company is a plus
Experienced in IFRS, HGB and German tax rules
Knowledgeable on SAP (FI, MM, SD)
Fluent in German and English
Preferable living in the Hamburg area or willing to travel to Hamburg is a must
