Head of Accounting (f/m/x)
About the role
- Responsibility for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (in-house) and IFRS (outsourced)
- Management and further development of the accounting team
- Leading the audit process and working closely with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
- Implementation and integration of LucaNet
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams in Australia, UK, Manila and Germany
- Ensuring correct financial consolidation across all international units
Skills and experience
• Strong month-end closing experience
• Hands-on experience with audit preparation and annual accounts (HGB, IFRS is outsourced)
• Knowledgeable in SAP FI, SD, and MM
• Background upgrading finance processes and further automation
• Tax knowledge and experience working with tax advisors
• Familiarity with LUCANET and its implementation
