Intern CRM / Marketing (w/m/d)

Remote: Germany, UK, Netherlands

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our CRM/Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing and social media, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow with our company. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that will directly impact the success of our business, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, global marketing, travel environment.
 

Key Tasks & Responsibilites

• You will be part of our international Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and support our CRM managers in the operational business.
• You support the team in the further development of our CRM activities as well as the performance optimisation, e.g. through A/B tests, personalisation and the creation of corresponding reports.
• Create new (multi-channel) marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing
• Support the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns and activities across various platforms (e.g. Facebook & Instagram) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Take responsibility for smaller projects

 

Your profile

• You are available for an internship of up to 6 months
• Currently enrolled or finished a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications etc.
• Strong interest in marketing and social media, with a basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• At best, some practical experience in CRM / email marketing, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• A good sense for customer needs & communication in image & text
• Good written and spoken English, Dutch and/or German is a plus
