Junior CRM Manager | Germany (f/m/x)

PURPOSE

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and results-driven Junior CRM Manager. Working with the Senior CRM Manager, you will:
  • Own the flawless execution of the local CRM program for this popular German online cruise travel agency
  • Help build a world-class CRM engine to profitably retain and grow our German customer base 
  • Deliver on a full CRM roadmap including data/systems management, segmentation, automating journeys for email, expanding 1-1 direct mail and messaging channels, campaign creative + execution, A/B testing, customer and campaign analysis & reporting
  • Work on new projects to improve our customer experience across relevant touchpoints and grow Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
  • Help support the German marketing team in other tasks as needed
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dreamlines Germany CRM Roadmap
  • Work with the Senior CRM Manager to develop and own the end-to-end CRM Roadmap
  • Deliver on leads and revenue targets from our existing customer and marketing subscriber base
  • Focus on critical daily/weekly email marketing optimization and expand our direct mail and 1-1 messaging capability
  • Help coordinate the product and offer selection with the Country Head, Commercial, and Cruise Product teams
  • Flawless delivery of all CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey stages:  Sign-Up, Welcome, Sales Offers, Retargeting, Reactivation, Loyalty, and CX Feedback
  • Continuously look for ways to improve campaign reach, deliverability, engagement, customer retention, and CLV
  • Analyze and optimize all CRM touchpoints
  • Manage the collection of our German Voice-of-Customer Feedback from the website platform and via survey tools
  • Report on customer feedback about CX pain points and successes

Other Marketing Support
Work with the Senior CRM Manager and other members of the Germany marketing team to support as needed in tasks for:
  • Marketing content writing
  • Setting up online promotions
  • Social Media posts
  • Customer surveys
  • Offline advertising execution

Collaboration
  • Earn stakeholder confidence quickly and exert positive influence
  • Form strong partnerships with the Country Head and regional Cruise Product Management, Commercial, and Sales/Service teams for an aligned CRM program
  • Drive regular exchange of customer insights and learnings across the team


REQUIREMENTS

  • First years CRM experience in customer relationship marketing and customer retention
  • Strong knowledge of best-practices email marketing
  • Experience working with other CRM channels such as direct mail and 1-1 messaging platforms is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) – knowledge of emarsys is definitely a plus
  • Successful track record of delivering/improving CRM campaigns in ecommerce businesses
  • Next to your entrepreneurial mindset, you have strong communication and analytical skills combined with a highly energetic and self-motivating attitude
  • You have a keen and curious nature, with the ability to push back and challenge conventional wisdom
  • You are an experienced user of Excel; knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus
  • You have experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • You are fluent in German and English (verbal and written) - additional fluency in Dutch is also a plus
