Product Manager Cruises (f/m/x)

Responsibilities
- You will use your knowledge of cruises and destinations to further develop our product portfolio and put together marketable travel packages
- You will be responsible for the product strategy and its implementation with regard to one or more cruise companies
- You independently conduct negotiations directly with the cruise companies
- You manage your products throughout the entire product cycle, from conception to purchasing and marketing
- You will work closely together with our commercial and marketing department
- You independently and proactively seek out innovative product offers that are perfectly suited to our customers
- You analyse and monitor the market and competitors to ensure that our portfolio is correctly positioned and competitive
- You monitor KPIs on a daily basis, derive optimisation potentials and implement them immediately
Skills
- Several years of professional experience with a cruise company, a tour operator and/or in a travel agency
- Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking comes easily to you
- You have extensive knowledge of the cruise industry
- Ideally, you have completed a degree in tourism or business administration or have completed a tourism apprenticeship
- Your way of working is result-oriented and characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility
- Negotiating skills, motivation, creativity, commitment and flexibility are your key features
- An affinity for numbers and control tools are a plus
