Product Manager, Growth & CRO (f/m/x)
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with strong product owner responsibilities to own the ongoing improvement of our website experience and adjacent AI-mediated discovery and conversion journeys. The role is focused on increasing qualified demand, enquiries, conversion, micro-conversions, and the overall commercial effectiveness of our digital experience.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve website conversion, growth, and lead-generation journeys across landing pages, forms, search, discovery, and enquiry flows
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver CRO and UX improvements based on analytics, user behavior, commercial impact, and technical feasibility
- Define, track, and optimize conversion and micro-conversion metrics through dashboards, funnel analysis, and experimentation
- Plan and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and post-launch learnings
- Work closely with marketing, SEO, content, design, and development teams to improve qualified demand and conversion performance
- Guide growth-focused UX and design improvements, including page structure, mobile UX, calls to action, trust signals, and customer journeys
- Help shape AI-driven discovery and conversion experiences across conversational search, AI assistants, and emerging GenAI interfaces
- Create clear, structured, AI-friendly product documentation, requirements, acceptance criteria, and development handovers for a remote-first team
Your profile
- Several years of experience in ecommerce product management, growth product, CRO, UX optimization, or digital product roles
- Strong hands-on experience improving conversion, lead generation, revenue performance, or commercial website effectiveness
- Good understanding of ecommerce customer journeys, landing pages, search/discovery flows, forms, and mobile UX best practices
- Comfortable working with analytics, funnel data, experimentation, and user behavior insights to prioritize improvements
- Able to write clear, structured product requirements and collaborate effectively with designers and developers
- Highly comfortable using AI tools to improve product discovery, documentation, evaluation, and delivery workflows
- Strong written communication and async collaboration skills within remote or distributed teams
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and motivated by delivering measurable improvements rather than purely strategic work
