Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• You lead the implementation process of new products and features from requirements definition to release
• You define, monitor and act upon product KPIs in your area of responsibility
• You observe product and market trends and identify opportunities to further improve our products and services
• You measure the effectiveness of your projects by closely cooperating with Business Intelligence and conducting A/B Tests
• As a part of the engineering team, you align regularly with your manager software engineering as well as our teammates
• Last but not least you are the ambassador of your projects

Our requirements

• You already gained several years of experience in fast-paced e-commerce companies
• Agile software development is your regular working environment, scrum and kanban are your go-to methodologies
• Affinity for design - UI, UX and CI are no strangers to you
• You proved yourself as a versatile communicator and can handle complex requirements with diverse stakeholders seamlessly
• You are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
