Sales Team Leader: Travel & Cruise (WFH)
- Monitor calls by consultants for coaching and development purposes
- Review productivity & KPI achievement to ensure all opportunities are captured
- Coordinate with Management to develop strategies to motivate consultants & improve productivity
- Provide support for consultants including troubleshooting and escalations
- Carry out training, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
- Carry out admin duties as required
