Senior CRM Manager (f/m)

Key Tasks & Responsibilites

  • You lead our international CRM-Team for 8 active markets, covering 7 languages
  • You are responsible for our revenue targets created through all channels from our existing customer and subscriber base
  • You report, analyse and optimize all customer contact points along our customer journey
  • You optimize the Newsletter and CRM performance by coordinating the product selection process with the respective country heads
  • You define, execute and optimize the international multi-channel CRM strategy
  • You define the CRM requirements for our IT-team

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years CRM experience in email and CRM marketing, loyalty programs and customer retention
  • You have worked with ESPs; SalesforceMarketingCloud is a plus
  • Successful track record of optimizing and improving CRM channels and strategies in e-commerce businesses
  • Next to your entrepreneurial mindset, you have strong analytical and project management skills combined with a highly energetic and self-motivating attitude
  • You have a keen and curious nature, with the ability to push back and challenge conventional wisdom
  • You are an experienced user of Excel; knowledge of HTML and SQL is advantageous
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written)
