- Collaborate to develop the full funnel paid marketing strategy across paid digital channels for our important UK & Australia markets
- Focus on critical SEA scaling and optimization for increased ROAS, then re-expand into other paid channels
- Drive flawless execution of all lead acquisition, lead nurturing and brand awareness campaigns
- Use multi-touch attribution to track touchpoints across the funnel and maximize campaign effectiveness
- Identify and recommend new channels, trends, platforms, tools and systems
- Develop hypotheses and perform A/B testing to recommend optimizations
- Collaborate to set acquisition, conversion, and funnel goals for UK + Australia via paid online channels
- Continuously analyze and optimize digital marketing spend and recommend changes
- Improve ROAS to efficiently scale new customers in each market
- Detailed reporting and data analysis for maximum visibility into performance, efficiency, ROAS
- Collaborate and exchange insights with your marketing colleagues as well as other functions for a consistent Go-To-Market approach
Your profile
- Several years of paid performance marketing experience in global B2C online acquisition
- Proven success in managing best-in-class performance marketing engines
- Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills – you think in terms of CLV, ROAS, impact on EBITDA
- Deep understanding of the online user journey, conversion funnel, sales cycle, and product lifecycle and their respective impacts on the Marketing organization to drive demand and revenue
- Expert knowledge in SEA with strong experience in display, retargeting, paid social, affiliates and online partners
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and various retargeting and affiliate platforms
- You are a super-user of website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and customer experience testing tools
- Fluent in English - additional fluency in German and/or Dutch are a plus
