Working student CRM / Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to support our CRM/Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing and social media, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow with our company. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that will directly impact the success of our business, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, global marketing, travel environment.
 

Key Tasks & Responsibilites

• You will be part of our international Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and support our CRM managers in the operational business.
• You support the team in the further development of our CRM activities as well as the performance optimisation, e.g. through A/B tests, personalisation and the creation of corresponding reports.
• Create new (multi-channel) marketing campaigns with a focus on email marketing
• Support the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns and activities across various platforms (e.g. Facebook & Instagram) to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Take responsibility for smaller projects

 

Your profile

• Currently enrolled a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications etc.
• Strong interest in marketing and social media, with a basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
• At best, some practical experience in CRM / email marketing, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• A good sense for customer needs & communication in image & text
• Good written and spoken English, Dutch and/or German is a plus
